I was interviewed for this position in software engineer group. They started with a shortlisting procedure. It was followed by two rounds of technical interview followed by an interview with VP of the research group.

I was contacted via email by the talent acquisition team for the Research Engineer: Robotics and AI position. I had a first 15 mins call with a recruiter and this was more like a screening round. I was asked about my resume and general fillers. During the call itself, he set up the next interview with the Hiring Manager. This interview was 20 mins long and again was mostly resume based but with a few cross-questioning. I got a reject after this round because they were looking for someone with more experience. ( I was a new grad)
