The interviewer basically went through my resume and asked some questions out of it. I think they don't really have a hard standard that needs to be followed, it's all about personality and whether you could be a good fit for the project team. Demonstrate that you are a hard working person and you have team spirits. Make sure you check all the details as well and you will be fine.

The process for the first interview took several weeks to be scheduled. I didn't pass to the next round due to being overqualified, even after explaining my personal motives to apply to the role, to know a new industry (data centers)
