3 physics questions which includes type of heatsink and efficiency of cooling, heat distribution of a diagram.
3) Face to Face interview:
Ask about some engineering questions about fluid flow, then one easy leetcode question.

2 on 1 interview process, technical questions related to the job description and other questions to see if you fit the company's mindset, values and ethics. Interview lasted about 30mins (15 mins question time + 15 mins task-based assessment)
