Very easy two-step interview, wasn't actively looking for a job so they had to convince me and not the other way around. The interview process went very smoothly, the HR guy talked about how great the company was and resigned 2 weeks after I got hired

Kurzes Vorstellen von Interviewpartner und Interviewten, anschließend abfrage von vorgefertigten Fragebogen mit typischen / standard HR Fragen und ein paar wenigen Fachfragen. Gesprächston allgemein sehr kühl und Zeit für gegenfragen kaum vorhanden.
They required Norwegian skills, and they were very nice. I passed just the screening, and at the first round, they told me my Norwegian skills were not meeting the requirements, which was fair.

Process was good, I did the group interview and then I was ghosted. I have reason to believe I was a diversity interview with no real shot of getting the job
