Panel interview had at least one person from each department. Marketing, Engineering, production, project management, commissioning. Each member was able to ask questions specific to their department. Some scenario questions were given on actual fabrication issues that required problem solving.

Entretien
I was an existing employee that interviewed for an internal posting. I interviewed with multiple managers of the group in person. The managers I interviewed with were professional and personable. They were mostly interested in how I handle interpersonal issues and problem solving issues.

Entretien
Straight Forward, although a little lengthy. I met with the then manager who wanted detailed experience knowledge. As this was an international position, there was a lot of discussion on how I would cope with the change both at work and outside of work.
