Applied through college website. Got an email soon after indicating me to schedule and interview. Interview consisted on behavioral questions based on past experiences. Very general questions, nothing out of left field.
Everything was online (COVID quarantine), I was informed I had to do an online interview within the next 5 days. I didn't talk to anyone, I read the questions from the site and I had 30 secs to think and then 1 minute to answer while the website recorded.

I applied online and I received an email that following week from my interviewer. I was asked to send several times of my availability. It was an online interview through Microsoft Teams software. The interviewer asked several behavioral questions.

Describe a time when you faced a challenge? How did you overcome it?
On campus interview that was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Then there is an interview at Siemens in Atlanta for an all day interview. I got the interview from a career fair at school.
