Online application then a long (multiple months) wait before first round online interview then final round interview on site. The final day consisted of a presentation to 2 people, and a final behavioral interview with 2 other peoplee.

What do you do when you see a team member struggling
It was doable if you did your research on the company and make sure that you know your behavioral questions on the top of your head. It has been all interviews for me so far.

Face to face interview with the IT department manager and head of Interns. A lot of questions about my experience and which software I was comfortable with. Good interview process overall and they wanted to know if I was fit for the position.
