College Interview- they go through your resume, and want motivated people with technical backgrounds. They ask questions to understand your personality. Ex: 3 words that describe you? 3 words that describe a leader?
Second Round - At a Siemens office, speak with a person who tries to understand your personality, goes through your resume and asks for what you can offer.
They will match the two interviews and based on how much the personality matches in both interviews you will receive a phone call in about weeks time if you are selected.

Entretien
I went to a few recruitment fairs at my college and expressed my interest in the sales development program. My resume got to the corporate office for the sales development program and I got a final interview with a Siemens office in my hometown. They also had me prepare a 15 minute presentation on a theoretical situation/case study (quite difficult to prepare with little background knowledge or experience).
