Applied for Siemens Advanta Consulting on website. HR got back to me after 1-2 weeks and scheduled a first meeting. Was invited to a half day event with 3 individual meetings with three different people. This event was badly organized and it felt the meetings were not connected and not aligned. The discussed topics within the individual meetings were not aligned and I ended up repeating myself in each meeting.
