Entretien
The initial interview is with 2 managers from the department and 1 person from HR. The questions are lengthy and deal a lot with situations and procedures you incorporate in problem solving. They will ask you to provide a salry expected and try not to go over the top as they won't call you back. Expect very long wait time before any more communication. Typically the whole process takes 2-3 months.

As they are very worried about perception and compliance within the workforce, be expected to be asked very strict questions about compliance, ie. work place violence, sexual harrassment, equality etc.
