Applied in December and got a call a week later (on a Sunday night lol). Initial phone screen detailing the position, getting to know my background, why I wanted to move to Dallas, simple questions Had to wait until after the holidays to get another phone call to Skype interview. Very casual. Only asked about my background and if I were still interested in the position. Didnt even ask the scary "Why should we hire you" question. Was told date and time they were gonna call. Got the offer three days later. My guess is: If you get a phone screen, as long as you dont say anything out of line, the position is yours no doubt.
