Got a call through naukri.com. was interviewed in e-city salarpuria info zone. Went through 4 rounds of interview - 3 technical and 1 managerial. The first 3 occurred on same day and the managerial round took place almost 2-3 days afterwards. It was horribly managed by the HR team as it took almost 4 hrs to start the interview process with no updates provided in between. I think salary became a constraint but they never had the gumption to tell that. also I was told that the HR round will follow up and that will be telephonic but it never happened. I was expecting a more professional approach given it was Siemens.
