Mostly through reference, will get call from HR for technical round (if reference is strong then you are through with this round), salary will be also decided by Technical interviewer (as per their budget) then negotiation by HR for salary.

Technical: electrical network but they only want to see your convincing power (because if you are selected then you will be directly facing to client). Are ready to travel on site (most famous question)?
