The interview process was conducted pretty well and they were quick with the process. It was mostly behavioral and a detailed questioning from the experiences mentioned in resume. They questioned well to check my alignment to the particular role and tested my ability to adapt to a new environment.

Aptitude for below 3 year experience, 2 Technical round, 2 managerial round , 1 hr round , they look for good problem solving skills . Good people , no pressure . Delay is there because lot of applicants will be there . Hr was little cunning who decreased my offer than i expected. Working her is very easy , no much things to learn . Expectation went high seeing the questions they gave in interview which was very difficult

then they selected me for interview, they asked few question in the technical round

It took 30 minutes, they asked about automation systems like PLC. They also asked about fault detection systems and whether I could legally work in the US. Overall, the interviewers were very friendly.
