It was semi technical interview followed by a tecnical interview. Basic M365 kmowledge, sharepoint and networking knowledge based questions. At the beginning there will be some behavrial questions regarding customer management and time management.

First round was phone interview with hr - asked me questions related to my background and why i wanted to work there, second round was group discussion and third round was with a supervisor who asked behavioural and situation based questions.

Procedure went as follows Hiring event conducted through Indeed. Shortlisted candidates and called for process online 1. Online test based on multiple choice questions covers basic networking , security topics 2. Group discussion -via teams 3. 40 min Supervisor interview - communication skills and also technical questions How do you troubleshoot email if it's not working How do you assign licensed in M365 etc
