Fairly simple and easygoing. They asked us to do a quick eye look on the interviewer to test our skills. They asked typical interview questions, but they mostly wanted to learn about our personalities and see if we were naturally friendly people.

Had to go through 3 different interviews. First was a group interview then with different management levels. Then a make-up application. Once hired you go through a few weeks of training before you actually work on the floor.

2nd is with on of the store specialist
3rd is with the store manager
After you have gone through the interview if applying for a color position you will have to apply makeup on a model of your choosing.
