Had to go through 3 different interviews. First was a group interview then with different management levels. Then a make-up application. Once hired you go through a few weeks of training before you actually work on the floor.

Fairly simple and easygoing. They asked us to do a quick eye look on the interviewer to test our skills. They asked typical interview questions, but they mostly wanted to learn about our personalities and see if we were naturally friendly people.
