Telephone discussion initially to go through previous experience and reason for applying Teams interview with hiring manager consisting of competency based questions and general overview of the role A week later an offer was received

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
