Online application followed by telephone interview asking competency based questions like Name a time you provides excellent customer service, why u want the job etc. This is followed by the assessment centre, stay calm and confident, believe in yourself. There is a numeracy test so make sure to know how to do percentages on a calcutor, very easy. Next is the role play which is very easy again, one of the santander managers act as the customer and you have to solve their problem and incetivise them for something like online banking and a loan. After this you have a 1 on 1 interview asking competency based questions again such as, name a time you have had to deal with a problem with leadership, questions on targets etc.
Good experience, really nice staff, even if not successful you will take away the expereience.

Had to go online for a video interview (same day as I applied) and answer basic customer service questions which where not difficult. The setup to access the service was quite easy too.

Applied online via indeed and had a video interview within about a month after applying. Not a difficult process and questions were mainly behavioural questions centred around communication skills and problem solving in different situations
