First was discovery call, in which responsibilities and pay were disclosed. Ensured we were both on the same page. Made sure I understood the role and gauged interest on both sides. Next was a prep call with the recruiter. He helped me to understand what the needs of the team were, what timeline would look like, what questions to expect during the interview and gave tips to make sure that I was able to be my best self during the final in-person interview. When arriving I was greated by a team lead, she was very friendly and showed me around a little and answered my questions about how the teams were structured and what her experience has been like so far. The panel interview was very straight forward, both of the folks I interviewed with were very friendly and asked follow up questions when there was a reason to do so.
