I recently had an interview with salesforce and the process was fairly standard. I had to go through four rounds. The first was with HR. After that, I interviewed with my potential hiring manager. The next was a live coding round, which I found to be a more challenging part of the process. What do other people think? Have you found the live coding round to be a difficult part of the interview process?
