Salesforce has one of the most seamless interview processes in my experience. After I submitted my application, a recruiter reached out within a few weeks. After that the interviews moved very quickly....3 interviews in one week. There was immediate feedback provided after each round. Once you make it to the panel round, you will gain access to the insiders program. This will allow you to speak to a current employee about their experience at Salesforce or obtain general advice. Its not mandatory, but use this to your advantage! All in all, the interviews were very conversational and pleasant.
