Few behavioural interviews followed by a one hour panel presentation. You are given two weeks to prepare as well as a coach to do a dry run with. The interview process can be slow at times depending on how urgent the opening is.

The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.

- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
