J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (Alexandria, VA) en nov. 2023
Entretien
I interviewed here for over a month one for an SE role which I made to the final round then was denied citing "not enough technical experience"
That hiring manager then referred me to two AR roles one for core one for Tableau. Talked with both hiring managers then the panel.
One role got filled.
The panel was not what the recruiter said it would being. It ended up being a role play and on the brief it explicitly says just pitch the product. I would have prepped differently.
The feedback I got was also odd. 10 YOE, Masters yet not qualified for an SMB AE role. Seemed like a huge waste of time.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
