The peole management round interviewer believed in an ideal world and was not able to understand why someone would have to release a MVP solution.
All four rounds were completed the same day and was able to clear all four, however they could not match even the current compensation, leave alone giving a hike on top of it. The communication from recruiter on next steps (if any) was vague and unclear. There was no offer rolled out.

Explain to me how your background matches with how you understand the job description
Standard process of phone screen with recruiter asking qualifying questions and then explaining the process moving forward. Moved on to video interview with hiring manager going into more detail on background and asking technical questions to understand knowledge and methodologies. Interviews went well and hiring manager said recruiter would be in touch. I reached out after a few days to follow up but received no response. I understand if they found another candidate, but have the professionalism to let candidates know they're moving on with others.
