I was first approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn who focused on hiring contractors for salesforce. I was then asked for a resume and cover letter. Then I scheduled a call with a recruiter, and then the hiring manager. The call was very short because I was applying to an entry level position and they felt I was overqualified. I was asked to tell her about myself, and why I wanted the position since it was so entry level. I heard back on a decision after a couple days.
