Entretien
One to One interviews and a Panel Interview. In the Panel, you must work with a business case and there is first a discovery session to identify business challenges and priorities.
Then you have a meeting in order to present all and you must run a demo to show your knowledge.
The hirign sequence is as follows:
1. Discovery Call.
2. Panel
a. Discovery Feedback & Salesforce Positioning Slides
b. Demonstration
c. Case Study
3. VP Final Meeting.

Question 1
Interviewers ask a mix of behavioral, technical, business related and situational questions, as well as questions about the candidate's personality and career goals, so It's important to do a good research for the business case and the individual interviewers.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.
