Very professional and well structured even during the time of uncertainly we are all facing. I was well informed and prepared. The team was super responsive, helpful and kind. You couldn't ask for a better process throughout.

Entretien
The interview process was very thorough. After preliminary discussions with the recruiter, there were 2 phone interviews - one with the hiring manager(HM) and another with a HM peer. This was followed by 2 sets of onsite interviews.
The first set of 4 onsite interviews were with peers / leadership on the team.
The second set of 4 onsite interviews were with the leadership of the project teams that I would be working with.
The recruiter and recruiting coordinator were top notch. They were a partner in the journey committed to be prompt, transparent and operating with a sense of urgency.

Entretien
From the first interview through to job offer took 3 weeks. I had 2 on-site interviews lasting around 4 hours each. In addition I had 3 phone interviews of between 30 and 60 minutes. The process was well managed by the recruitment team and I was always aware of what the next steps would be and the timeline for the completion of the steps. Very transparent and respectful.
