I went through an awesome interview process. I was approached by a Salesforce recruiter via LinkedIn and 2 weeks later I had a contract. The management team was very transparent and made the process easy and enjoyable.

Question 1
My interview with one of the senior executives was interesting, he didn’t ask me any questions but wanted me to interview him. The interview lasted 55 minutes and he didn’t ask a question until the 40mins mark.

Entretien
The interview process was fast, the lady was too late and went into the conversation that I was not capble (I have a strong sales record and have been on the leaderboard already for 4 years in my current sales role) I do not know why, but she was not interested in hiring me and did not give me a proper chance. During the conversation, it turned out to be mainly outbound which was not mentioned in the role online, which is not what I want so after 15 minutes I decided not to continue the conversation
3 rounds - HR screening, Hiring Manager, Panel round
Efficient, appreciate it.
Panel round is always going to be the hardest, good to practice with peers who are in sales.

Interview process was excellence, fist, I introduce my self, and then continue with presenting the PPT Material that has been provided by Sales force. the PPT contain how I can explain sales methodology process and also role play.
