Phone screen with HR, then Hiring Manager, then another Director or 2. Culminates in a Panel demo case presentation / interview. They are extremely helpful throughout the entire process, provide you with an abundance of support and feedback.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions and "tell me a time when" which you can master by practicing the STAR technique.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

il processo ha previsto 3 step, divisi come segue:
1: intervista HR in cui chiedono esperienza lavorativa e ti speigano la posizione
2: intervista hiring manager, leggermente tecnica
3: panel in cui fare una sorta di presentazione ad un team
