A couple peer interviews, interview with hiring manager and interview with Director. I was referred to the job and familiar with the team so the interviews were somewhat informal. The final interview was a panel presentation demoing capabilities in Salesforce.

Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

il processo ha previsto 3 step, divisi come segue:
1: intervista HR in cui chiedono esperienza lavorativa e ti speigano la posizione
2: intervista hiring manager, leggermente tecnica
3: panel in cui fare una sorta di presentazione ad un team
