Screening Interview with the Recruiter outlining job spec, salary band, & generally seeing if you are a good fit for the role & company. 2. 1hr video call interview with 2 of the department managers. Questions around what you know about the company, the role you're applying for, as well as your CV, your achievements & usual interview questions. 3. 2 hr meeting face to face. 1 hr presentation. 30mins interview with Senior Manager & 30ins Q&A with members of the team. Very thorough & supportive recruiters. I was surprised at how many touchpoints & how much contact I received from the recruitment team. They offered help in interview prep, offered presentation review etc. as well as continuous updates.

Needlessly long process of hiring, they should eliminate candidates before they go through all interview processes if they understand that candidate is not a good fit. I had too long and too many steps
