I have one phone screening interview, one interview at the offices with the ESBP Director and one Technology Manager after that I have two more interviews with US excutives of the ESBP area.

First interview was a regarding Data analysis regarding several HR hypothetical´s.
The interview process was completely over video meets. Everyone was very personable and engaging. It was refreshing to feel like I could just be myself. Furthermore, my recruiter always made sure she followed up and kept me engaged and "in the know" during the process.
