I applied directly on workday with employee referral. The process took about 4 weeks. First was phone screening with the recruiter, then a face to face with the reporting manager. This was followed by two rounds of video interview . The process was well managed and received constant communication from the coordinator .

Questions mostly focused on your experience and culture fit.
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
