This is the most respectfull experience I have ever had. They are very nice and communicative. They appreciate your time, they thank you for coming, and they call later to explain about their decision. During the interview they don't look only on your experience, but also give an interesting task that they are challenged with (some AI sorting question) to deeply test the way you think.
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
