There was two routine phone interviews where they asked about my experienced and asked situational leadership questions.
Then there was a Panel interview where I was asked to play the role of a solution engineer and present our technology to a prospective account. They had a variety of roles in the panel such as CEO, SVP of sales, Sales Manager, and Sales Rep.

What did I think of my performance? What did I do well and what do I wish I did better?
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

Fantastic and seamless process overall. Salesforce really showed their culture throughout the process. From Recruiting to the hiring team, everyone was kind, professional, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about Salesforce.
