The whole recruitment process took 5 months with 7 interviews + a panel presentation. All interviewers (mostly Senior Managers) were very professional, accurate in their questions and very honest about their requirements for the position. I found the whole process well lead by my HR contact who was extremely helpful and available whenever I had questions. The panel presentation was key to demonstrate my skills and capabilities. Salesforce makes sure that the candidate has the right skills for the position.

Account level competitive strategy
How many customer stakeholders? How did you navigate the political landscape ?
How many stakeholders did you engage inside your organization to support you?
What are your learnings from this? What would you have done differently?
There were three rounds of interviews. The process moved fairly quickly. Unfortunately, at the time of decision the informed me an internal offer was made for the role. Completely support internal growth
