The interview was lively and productive. Very good conversations about the needs to the company and how I could be of help. However my main concern is a company of this size SHOULD FOLLOW UP WITH CANDIDATES. This is really unacceptable, especially for a company with a reputation like Salesforce. My HR rep just ghosted me entirely. Great Company, Lousy experience. Difficult to recommend as everything seems like a dream if you could only get responses from HR.
