After an initial introductory interview, I was assigned a case to show how I would react in a real world client situation. With 1 week, I had to conduct a discovery session with the hiring manager, schedule and take advantage of several coaching sessions with a peer, and then present a sales pitch geared to helping the customer from the case.
2 interviews one with HR, one with manager and then panel interview.
Then salary discussion and then a very excellent onboarding trajectory. Last step when you get hired is a full background check.

Fantastic and seamless process overall. Salesforce really showed their culture throughout the process. From Recruiting to the hiring team, everyone was kind, professional, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about Salesforce.
