J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (Dallas, TX) en févr. 2018
Entretien
The interview process was very smooth and well organized. It consists of 4 parts:
1) Initial Phone Screen from corporate staffing to discuss your experience
2) Follow-up Phone Screening with a Talent Advisor who will make sure you're a good fit and they will stay with you through the remainder of the process
3) Interview on-site with two managers, why salesforce, why you, how does your experience relate?
4) On-Site presentation to 2-3 managers. The objective is to make sure you can present, take direction and sell. Your Talent Advisor will help prepare you for steps 3&4.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
