Very attentive group of recruiters helped everything run smoothly and much quicker than I'd experienced elsewhere. Typical process of two recruiters calls, a third with a member of the team and then a panel interview in NYC where I presented a case study. Easy to see throughout how important the fit and an understanding of the culture is to both each team and the company as a whole.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.
