The whole process took a few months, and took up around 5 talks. First, there were 3 talks through the phone (recruiter, hiring manager, hiring manager's manager). Then talked on-site to the hiring manager and someone in his team. Then again on the phone, a talk with a different manager closely related.

After speaking with HR, there is a two-round interview process. The first interview is behavioral and conversational. The second is a panel interview -- the candidate prepares a presentation and walks through it with the interviewers. Its not a "role play" presentation -- you need to summarize a project you've worked on and exemplify your executive presence.

The process was smooth. The HR team kept me informed of everything that was happening and the next steps. The interviewers were knowledgeable about the topics, and the conversations were productive.
