I learned of this opportunity through a previous co-worker and current Salesforce employee. I had several meetups with various levels of management prior to a position opening up. Once the position was available I completed the 2 hr at-home programming exercise and then went on-site for a 5-hour interview consisting of 5 1-hour sessions with Senior and Lead Software Engineers, the Hiring Manager and the product manager on the team.
