Phone screen first; Then 3 phone interviews set up with different levels; Would have been nice for and save time for myself and them if they would have scheduled one and gotten feedback to make sure I was a good potential candidate prior to having another interview

The Interview was for a Resource Manager Position, All interviews were done virtually due to Pandemic. First Round was a 30 min Phone screening call with HR followed by a 1H virtual interview with Hiring Manager aiming to know more about my previous experiences and weather I fit with the role or not, the 3rd round was also a 1H virtual interview with a senior RM who focused on technical aspects of the job giving technical and situations questions to evaluate my technical background, the 4th and Final round was with a Director from another department judging if I would fit with Salesforce Culture so the questions were mostly behavioral interview questions.
