J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) en août 2017
Entretien
I was referred in by a current employee, and had one exploratory conversation with the hiring manager before starting the formal application process. I had one phone interview, one in-person interview followed by a short chat with a couple other members of the team, and then a half-day on-site where I did a presentation and met several other team members. The process took about 4 weeks from exploratory conversation to offer.
Overall the interview process went very smoothly. I had a fantastic recruiting coordinator who gave me the overview of the process, provided frequent updates, and responded quickly to my questions. The interviewers themselves were casual and friendly, and importantly, had a sense of humor. There were a couple challenging questions, but they were all relevant and fairly easy to predict.

Question 1
What are your most-used apps? What makes them good/bad from a UX perspective?

Very easy. One recruiter call, one UX Hiring manager. It took a while for the recruiter to get back to me after UX Hiring manager. The conversation was very good, but competition for the company is stiff! One suggestion I would have for the recruiter is to be more responsive.

Question 1
Have you used salesforce? Tell me about a project you've worked on.

A phone interview by hiring manager first. Standard questions that you'd expect from any other similar jobs requiring similar level of experience. Then 2 weeks later, an in-person interview with a group, including the hiring manager and a few other team members. The second interview consisted of a presentation and Q&A. They know the exact type of candidate they were looking for and got back to me a few days later - not a right fit. Regardless, it was a wonderful experience overall.
