1. Online application - May 2017
2. Phone call screening with Salesforce Recruiter
3. Two Skype interviews (first one started off with Skype Video, and then we switched to just the audio. The second one was just audio.)
4. Panel Presentation - one person in the room, 2 remote. One of the remote attendees was the Hiring Manager
5. Phone interview, 1-to-1 with the Hiring Manager
6. Job Offer received - July 2017.
Total end-to-end process from application to me receiving the job offer was 57 days.
The interviews I had did have a few difficult questions, as it is not always possible to know everything about Salesforce.

Satisfied with the transparency and the overall experience. The Talent Acquisition team was very supportive and provided guidance throughout. I highly recommend Salesforce retain this talent. The overall process took less than 3 weeks.

1st phone screen from recruiter, ask questions about the roles, expected salaries, etc.
2nd online interview from peers, ask about technical questions.
3rd online interview from hiring manager, talk about work experience, some project experience.

Entretien
Screening round followed by 1st technical round, 2nd technical round and panel interview. HR is last however it's more or less a formality as the decision is taken mainly during the technical round
