They lay out the process clearly. I had a recruiter interview and then in person with the hiring manager. It was two managers and a peer who talked to you briefly, just to guide and boost/ settle you.

What is one piece of advice a mentor or coach said that stuck with you?
3 steps: recruiter screen, recruiter, final round panelist. Talk about yourself, more conversational than technical. Did not do mock cold call or mock presentation at all. Purely questions like tell me about yourself, why salesforce etc

I had one interview with a recruiter that went well. It lasted for 30 minutes and I was asked basic questions for the first interview. Unfortunately, they didn't call me again for the next stages.

I interviewed with 2 internal recruiters and then went on-site for a panel interview with 2 managers. The managers said there was no guarantee that either of them would be my manager if I got the job.
