The first interview was a screening with a recruiter, and it went really well. The recruiter was friendly, transparent, and did a great job explaining the process and what to expect next. It set a great tone for the rest of the interviews. The second interview was with the hiring manager, who was extremely informative and easy to talk to. The questions were mostly centered around my past experiences — such as why I believed I’d been promoted in previous roles and what I thought contributed to my success. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interview, and I appreciated how much interest the manager took in understanding my background and motivations. The third interview was definitely the most challenging. It was a presentation-style interview where I had to share my personal story, professional journey, a deal I had closed, and explain why they should hire me. This part was nerve-racking because I really wanted the job and wanted to make a great impression. Despite the nerves, it was a valuable opportunity to reflect on my career and present my story in a structured, authentic way.

I was referred by an employee and assigned to a specific hiring manager who was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Every stage was well-structured — I was provided with clear expectations and even examples of questions, which allowed me to prepare properly. The timing between interviews was very reasonable (about 1–1.5 weeks), and communication was consistent. The hiring manager stayed closely involved the whole time and was genuinely helpful and professional. Although I didn’t receive an offer and understand I wasn’t the best fit for this particular role, I’m very grateful for the level of professionalism, transparency, and support I experienced throughout the process.
