Went through a screener, then got rejected via email, but already had an interview set up with a recruiter. Met with the recruiter for a second meeting, then finally had an interview with a team member. Ended up going on the interview with the team member and was told would hear next steps, but never did. I had to link back with the recruiter to find out I was not moving forward in the process.
VP of sales refered me in. From there it was chill panel interview and recruiter screen not much to worry about. Met with CRO as a final step. I ended up accepting the role after a very brief and quick salary negotiation
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Salesforce en juin 2025

I've had multiple touch points with multiple HR recruiters (4 or 5) at Salesforce over the past months. They do not communicate to one another and they will never follow up with you which is a pity. Salesforce publishes many similar AE roles within different teams, why pass HR screenings each time? why can't an HR keep your profile for the multiple positions they have and position you, over the course of a few weeks on different roles? I have never met an actual hiring manager. This process seems extremely inefficient, both for candidates and recruiting.
