I submitted my application online, and was called by a recruiter a few hours later. Rather than screening me for the position, he tried to sell me on the role, which was very curious. He insinuated I'd be a perfect fit, and promised to connect me later that day to the hiring manager. I never heard from the recruiter again, so I reached out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn. This individual was incredibly rude, saying she saw nothing on my resume relevant to the position. Clearly a disconnect between recruitment and hiring manager goals. I finagled my way into an interview with the hiring manager anyway, who spent an hour with me. She also promised to follow up and never did.

Entretien
It was a long process, interviewing with the HR manager, Hiring manager, Hiring manager's boss, team members... It took around 3-4 weeks and they didn't even have the decency, after all the time I invested preparing the interview, learning about the company and going through the stages, to let me know if I got the job or not even if I reached out to them 2 times asking for feedback or at least some sort of closure. I have never heard of a company just ghosting candidates this far in an interview process. A company that has no consideration for people's time is not a company I would like to work for in the future, never applying here again nor using their products.
